Proposal to allow a 5 megawatt solar generation facility consisting of 12,768 solar modules placed on 24 single-axis trackers and a switching station. The proposed project is to be located within a 28 acre fenced area adjacent to an existing 38.5 megawatt Co-Generation facility. If approved, the existing Co-Generation facility will produce approximately 43.5 megawatts, using existing transmission infrastructure. The project site is zoned E-A-G (Exclusive Agriculture Geothermal Combining District). The project site is located at 732-025 Wendel Road and is approximately 2.5 miles south east of Highway 395 North in Wendel.
