The project is limited to the installation of a 28-inch steel water pipeline. The pipeline will extend approximately 3.6 miles, running from Iron Point Road northwest along East Bidwell Street, north along Oak Avenue Parkway, and west along the Oak Parkway Trail to the existing City of Folsom Water Treatment Plant. While the pipeline
installation will occur primarily within existing paved roads or other developed area, the pipeline includes six (6) watercourse crossings.
