Document Description
Project to identify and evaluate uneven pavement along a portion of 7th Street, between Sanderson Avenue and Lyon Avenue in the City of San Jacinto. The City staff has related the cracking and settlement is due to the District's San Jacinto Valley Interceptor Sewer, Phase 1 project. This pipeline project involved construction of a 36 inch diameter sewer installed at depths ranging from 21 to 28 feet below ground along 7th Street. Installation of the sewer was completed in 2008 and within 2 years, attempts were made to perform repairs for similar problems and concerns.
