Document Description
Purpose: This project aims to improve the area of the Orange Coast District,, the District Yard; resulting in an efficient use of the space. The installation of shde structures to increase the life of District fleet by providing covered parking. Scope: Install large shade sails to cover the area between the lifeguard building and the ranger building. Approx. 90'x50' shaded area with 8 foot poles installed into the asphalt approx. 10' deep with a 2' square footprint to be drilled. Backfiled with reinforced concrete. Site Conditions: Existing asphalt parking lot that encompasses the Orange Coast District Yard.
