Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-08545-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Pamela Whiting.
The project is limited to one encroachment to upgrade the overspill of an unauthorized onstream pond; alternatively, the Permittee may render the pond incapable of storing water and rehabilitate the stream channel. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, culvert replacement, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
