Document Description
The CDFW of Fish and Wildlife is proposing to execute Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0237-R5 to the Mountains Recreation Authority, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code. The applicant proposes to mitigate for impacts to riparian vegetation associated with four different impact events. The mitigation project includes remedial grading to balance and restore hydrology to remediate historical fill placed in Lopez Canyon Creek, restoration of the graded area, exotic plant removal and treatment, and enhancement of Lopez Canyon Creek.
