The project proposes to construct two five-story multifamily residential buildings (Buildings A and B) with 480 apartment units on the northern portion of the site and a 151,423 square-foot (sf) fitness center that consists of a 97,101 sf indoor gym (Villasport Building) and 54,322 sf for outdoor fitness center uses on the southeastern portion of the site.
