                Document Description

A request by Shella & Donald Caroni for a tentative parcel map to subdivide an existing 13 acre parcel into two parcels of six acres and 7 acres in size, for the purpose of sale and/or development. The site is currently developed with a primary and a secondary residence, workshop, detached garage and accessory building that would all be located on the proposed 7 acre parcel 1, leaving proposed parcel 2 vacant. A 10-ft adjustment to the required 80-ft front setback is requested to accommodate existing development on proposed parcel 1. The proposed project is within the residential rural land use category, and is located at 564 Applegate Way, Arroyo Grande. The site is in the south county inland sub area of the South County planning area.
