Document Description
The applicant proposes to improve their wastewater treatment and disposal facility which serves approx. 47 acres within the district boundary. This project would involve improvements and upgrades to the wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal facilities to remedy a Cease and Desist Order from the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board. The project would add treatment systems to the facility on KCSD property such as extra septic and flow equalization tanks. It would also reconfigure and pressurize leachlines to more adequately drain wastewater on property owned by the County and leased by the district.
