Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 019-590-016-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-617). Cultivation activities include approximately up to 10,000sqft of mature canopy including (250) 36 SF outdoor mature canopy areas and two (2) 6’x60’ areas for immature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes a 10’x10’ area for composting of cannabis waste; a 7’x9’ shed for harvest storage; a 10’x12’ she for administrative hold; two (2) 5,000-gallon water storage tanks; and a 2,500-gallon nutrient mixing tank. The project proposes to install a 30’x60’ metal building for processing and packaging; installation of a 10’x20’ metal container where 10’x16’ area will be for processing, and the remaining 4’x10’ area will be for soil and fertilizer storage; and installation of a solar array on the roof of the dwelling. Development efforts will require minor grading and removal of one Douglas-fir tree. A permitted groundwater well will be used for agriculture and domestic water needs; power is supplied by a solar array with a back-up generator; and a permitted septic will serve as the project’s waste water needs.
