The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN)s: 008-020-002-000, 008-020-003-000, 008-100-002-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-051) and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; No. CCL18-0000162, Expires on 2024-10-21). Cultivation activities include approx. 10,000SF of mature canopy in twelve (12) hoop houses of varying sizes: 8’x64’, 8’x71’, 8’x76’, 8’x86’, two (2) 8’x89’, 8’x94’, 8’x96’, two (2) 8’x97’, and two (2) 8’x100’; and 201 100-gallon pots. Existing support infrastructure includes a 10’x20’ shipping container for pesticide, petroleum, garbage, and harvest storage; four (4) 10’x20’ temporary sheds for tool storage and to brew compost tea; a 12’x15’ compost area; three (3) 2,800 gallon, a 1,200 gallon, a 1,300 gallon, and two (2) 5,000 gallon water tanks for water storage; a permitted septic system will serve as the project’s waste water needs; and a permitted groundwater well be utilized for the project’s water needs. SPECIAL NOTE: 1.The Appendix C Checklist refers to an application for a medium outdoor license on the same parcels that had been previously submitted. This approval is exclusively for a small license type and does not include any medium license type operations.
