Document Description
The Project is a part of the Oxnard Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements
Project, and consists of demolishing an existing storage building, improving the site of the new building, constructing a new masonry electrical building including all electrical equipment, switch-gear, transformers, controls, new conduits, and wires. Demolishing the two existing emergency generators, improving the site, constructing appropriate foundations and pads, installing new conduits, wires, controls and connecting equipment. Replace the existing control panels with newer instrument control panels. Programming the new panels with a revised control strategy. Upgrade the control room operator workstation, servers, and associated software. Fiber optic network upgrade to revamp the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition backbone network and accommodate additional nodes to network. The Project will also replace old instrument wire as needed.
