Reasons for Exemption
The proposed project is categorically exempt from CEQA review pursuant to 14 CCR Section 15333 as a small habitat restoration project of less than five acres that assures the maintenance, restoration, enhancement, or protection of habitat for fish, plants, or wildlife. The proposed project will restore two acres of habitat, and with the exception of spot removal of invasive plants by hand-pulling, no work will occur during the summer.
