Document Description
The project requires the upgrade of IID electrical distribution facilities (installation of ten power poles, conductors, etc.) whose design was not finalized when the FEIR was completed. IID as a Responsible Agency under CEQA, and per Secs. 15381, 15096(a), 15164, 15162 of the CEQA Guidelines, evaluated the upgrade and determined that they caused no significant environmental impacts and no additional mitigation measures required. An Addendum to the FEIR was prepared.
