To improve water supply and reliability for landowner, V Lions Operations, LP, Antelope Valley-East Kern Water Agency (AVEK) will transfer up to 7,000 Acre-Ft of SWP supply to Kern County Water Agency (KCWA) in 2020. Water will be delivered through KCWA's SWP turnouts along the California Aquedct.
