Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SLO-22842-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Garrett Thiessen Construction Inc. (referred to as Permittee), as represented by Garrett Thiessen. The Project will include expanding on existing drainage infrastructure for a new commercial development. Project activities will include the installation of a concrete box culvert extension in Drainage 1 (Project 1), installation of four detention basins and two associated swales (Project 2), and site restoration.
