Terry Alexander Minor Use Permit (MUP19-0005)

Request to establish a special event facility to host outdoor celebrations, wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate functions, and other similar events. The facility will have up to 10 events per year with a maximum of 100 attendees. Events will be approximately 4 hours and be over by 10 p.m., with event breakdown and outdoor lighting off by 11:00 p.m. Most events will be held on weekends (Saturday-Sunday); however, some events may be held on weekdays (Monday-Friday). There are no proposed construction activities or improvements.
