The project requests the following entitlements from the County of Sacramento:
A Special Development Permit to allow four lots to take access from a private drive and for the existing duplexes to deviate from the required front yard setback.
A Design Review to comply with the Countywide Design Guidelines.
Proposed parcels 3 and 4 are undeveloped and proposed building footprints are indicated on the tentative parcel map. Access will be provided from Landis Avenue, via an existing 20-foot wide private drive that will be extended southward to provide access to proposed parcel 3 and parcel 4.
