            A request for a COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT to demolish four existing buildings totaling 7,000-square feet to construct a 24,000-square foot two-story commercial building. The first floor would include commercial product showroom, a product demonstration area, customer interaction and commercial sales area,  and a service/repair and product storage area.
