The project will replace the existing aluminum sulfate system currently housed within an existing chemical room building at the El Centro Water Treatment Plant. In its place and within the same existing structure, and aluminum chlorohydrate (ACH) system will be utilized. The work does not require any new equipment. The work does not involve an expansion of treatment capacity for the plant.
