Document Description
On August 2, 2022, the Yorba Linda City Council adopted Resolution No. 2022-5817 to certify the Final PEIR for the Project as adequate and complete, approving certain findings and facts in support of findings and Statement of Overriding Considerations, and adopting a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP). The Council conducted a first reading to introduce Ordinances related to the Housing Element Implementation Programs. The Project involves Amendments to the General Plan and General Plan Map and Amendments to the Zoning Code and Zoning Ordinance Map, including modification to the text and maps to rezone 27 opportunity sites, including planned development zones, and adoption of housing overlay zones; allowing for 2,410 additional housing units
