            UC Davis proposes to relocate the existing UC Davis Prenatal Diagnosis of Northern California clinic to leased space at Stonecreek Village Lifestyle Center. The 5,300 SF leased space will be renovated to accommodate patient and clinic needs. Renovations include space reconfiguration to create 9 exam rooms, update electrical, interior finishes, new furnishings, and install new medical equipment. The building is a leased property and is not within a campus LRDP.

                            The leasing and renovation existing space qualifies as categorically exempt under Exemption Class 1 of the Guidelines for the Implementation to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). This exemption applies to the operation, repair, permitting, leasing, maintenance or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities or mechanical equipment, involving negligible or no expansion of an existing use.
