Reasons for Exemption
The Board of Directors finds that it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the imposition of wastewater capacity fees established herein may have a significant effect on the environment, and that therefore, adoption of this Resolution setting such capacity fees is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations.
