Document Description
The proposed project consists of a parcel map to subdivide an existing property consisting of three parcels (APN: 790-35-038, 039, & 054) into four residential lots on Gurries Drive in the City of Gilroy. The four new lots would be improved with an attached four-unit townhome development.
