The project will replace the existing roof on the California Department of Education Diagnostic Center to prevent ponding and water intrusion. Work includes removal of the existing 58,484 square foot roof, insulation, roof equipment, and flashing, repair as needed the wood framing, install a new roof, gutters and downspouts, remove and reinstall sliding door, plaster finish, light fixtures and electrical components.
