Document Description
The project is limited to (1) encroachment, which authorizes placement and removal of a temporary bridge consisting of two steel railroad flatcars welded together into a bridge that has been placed on timber and rock supports at each end by use of a large excavator. The bridge is currently already in place and used for an adjacent emergency timber harvest on a neighboring property to the immediate South of the Donald Erickson property. This project to install the temporary bridge was previously reviewed and approved under existing LSA permit # EPIMS-SIS-29254-R1(i).

Reasons for Exemption
This project takes over responsibility for a temporary bridge installed under previously approved 1602 permit # EPIMS-SIS-29640-R1 associated with exempted Emergency timber harvest operations. This project is also part of work being conducted on and adjacent property under another separate Emergency timber harvest document # 2-22-EM-00166-SIS and 1602 Agreement # EPIMS-SIS-32872-R1. Project will not add any additional significant effects to those previously reviewed when the bridge was put in place.
