Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to stabilize the bank of the Sacramento River on the McDaniel property to prevent erosion and further loss of the bank. The project includes the placement of 16-inch minimum (200-pound) rock slope protection (RSP) along the bank of the Sacramento River to provide protection against future erosion and to prevent additional sloughing and erosion of the bank. Prior to the placement of RSP, portions of the bank will be excavated, filter fabric will be placed, and RSP will be installed approximately 2 feet thick.
