Document Description
The project will renovate the Administration Building at Moorpark College. This building originally constructed in 1967 as part of the original campus has not undergone any significant upgrades since 1967. The proposed project will replace the failing plumbing, sanitary sewer, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, communication and other components. The proposed upgrades will bring the building into compliance with current energy, accessibility and other code requirements, as well as improving access to the Student Health Program for students. The building will continue to house the college’s administrative offices, and will provide an improved usage of space.
