                Document Description
            
            Remove existing structures within the San Simeon Campground at Hearst San Simeon State Park and replace them with modular buildings to provide additional park housing. Work will:
- Demolish six (6) existing small structures in the campground and dispose of at a licensed site;
- Remove approximately 30 feet of existing 6-foot high chain link fence;
- Grade the existing open area of the woodlot flat for the new modulars and associated services;
- Excavate approximately 100 linear feet of 1-foot wide by 2-feet deep trenches for new sewer lines and 30 feet of 1-foot wide by 3-feet deep trenches for gas lines;
- Install 4 inches of compacted road base to prepare the modular pads and non-ADA parking area;
- Install three (3) 24-foot by 44-foot modulars;
- Excavate to pour a 20-foot by 20-foot concrete slab for van accessible parking, three (3) small concrete slabs for propane tanks and a 50-foot-long by 5-foot wide accessible concrete sidewalk;
- Install a total of approximately 140-feet of 5-feet wide accessible ramps;
- Install three (3) 500-gallon propane tanks and connect all utilities; and
- Install 150-feet of 6-foot-tall privacy fencing, signage, and a 12-foot-wide gate.
