Document Description
The project is limited to the demolition of accessory structures located partially within the 100-year floodplain of Donner Lake. The accessory structures include the removal of an existing rear deck, wood stairs along with a concrete stair landing, and a wooden fence. The rear deck contains 6 concrete supports for wood piers, each measuring 1.5 feet by 1.5 feet in area with an estimated depth of 18 feet. The
concrete stair landing that will be removed measures 2 feet by 4.67 feet in area with an estimated depth of 4 feet. The wooden fence being removed is 13 feet long and 6 feet tall anchored with 5, 1.5-foot concrete footings. Once the accessory structures are removed the footprint will be recontoured, reseeded, and landscaped with multiple boulders.
