Document Description
Replacement of an existing facility at the Paso Robles Landfill for composting a combination of wood chips and digested biosolids. The replacement facility will be located at the same site in the northwest portion of the landfill property, and will include proper environmental controls, including a lined stormwater retention basin. Finished compost is used for amendment on the soil covering the landfill. The replacement composting facility will enable compliance with Senate Bill 1383 organics recycling regulations.
