Document Description
The purpose of this project is to repair and pave two (2) existing roads, improve two campsites and upgrade utilities in Sonoma Coast State Park to provide improved access roads and services to park visitors. The roads are located in Duncan’s Landing and Wrights Beach Campground and the campground improvements are solely located in Wrights Beach Campground. Work will include:
At Duncan’s Landing: repair and re-pave approximately 17,474 square feet of the day-use road and back fill the roadway shoulder where required.
At Wrights Beach South Campground: repair and re-pave approximately 13,875 square feet, which would include campsite parking stalls, a section of road to the bathroom, and trail connection areas. Additional campground work will re-slope ADA campsites #26 and #27 for improved drainage and install three (3) water lift stations and one (1) sewer/septic lift station.
