This exemption is for the preparation of planning studies for the following projects: Christian Valley Park Community Services District Consolidation and Weimar Water Company Consolidation. PCWA is filing Financial Assistance Applications with the State Water Resources Control Board for funding these projects, which will utilize State Revolving Funds to conduct the planning studies. The planning studies will include feasibility studies, engineering design, surveying, permitting and may also include geotechnical analysis that involves some core sampling. Additional environmental documentation will be prepared for the proposed projects upon completion of the project planning and design.
