The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SHA-32701-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Dan Ferreira. The project is limited to 78.5 feet of linear channel disturbance to install one culvert that will allow construction of a driveway and access to a new residential premises. Vegetation removal prior to start of work includes removal of one White Oak tree and brushing of .008 acres of poison oak, shrubs, and herbaceous plants within the project footprint.
