Arbor Energy has approached Placer County Water Agency regarding a pilot program grant from the California Natural Resource Agency, Department of Conservation, which would explore the feasibility of a biomass gasification power plant to convert forest biomass into electrical energy, water and capturable CO2 located on PCWA property.
