The footprint of the existing single-family residence currently crosses the existing lot lines of APNs -058 and -063. With the project, as confirmed by the applicant, the existing single-family residence would be located entirely within Resultant Parcel 1. The distance between the existing single-family residences on Resultant Parcel 1 and on the nearest lot (APN 073-0690-023 [APN -023]) to the southeast is approximately 5 feet.

                            The project is a minor lot line adjustment not resulting in the creation of any new parcel. As such, the project qualifies as a Class 5 categorical exemption (Section 15305 of the CEQA Guidelines) for minor alterations to land use limitations in areas with an average slope of less than 20 percent, which do not result in any changes in land use or density.
