Document Description
Caltrans is proposing a project to improve the transportation management system at two truck scale locations on State Route 58 in Kern County. The proposed project will also upgrade existing guardrail to meet current standards and pave a pullout that is frequently used by maintenance crews. The western project location is near the community of Keene and extends from postmile 80.5 to 81.0. The second location to the east, near the town of Mojave, extends from postmile 105.6 to postmile 106.1.
