Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-31197-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Kirk Vodopals, representing the City of Point Arena.
This Agreement relies on the Notification materials and a CDFW site inspection on May 12, 2022. The project is limited to one (1) reoccurring encroachment for the removal of tidal deposited materials (cobbles and driftwood) from the bar at the mouth of Point Arena Creek, and the dry stream channel and stream banks above the creek
mouth immediately adjacent to the City of Point Arena - Arena Cove Parking Lot. Removal of debris and riparian vegetation at the parking lot drain outlet is also authorized.
