                Document Description
            
            The City of Mill Valley is partnering with EAH Housing to build affordable homes on the northern portion of the city-owned parcel, known as 1 Hamilton Drive. The project would include development of approximately 50 affordable housing units, replacement of existing facilities (38 public parking spaces, public restroom, and EV charger), and creation of residential outdoor space.
