Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes a project to install Right of Way (R/W) fencing. This project will also consist of installing gates at two locations. All work will be completed in Caltrans R/W. The purpose of this project is to establish access control and demarcation of Caltrans R/W. The project is needed to prevent pedestrians from entering or illegally dumping within Caltrans R/W, which could endanger their own safety and the safety of the traveling public.
