Document Description
Woodside Homes proposes the Sylvan Corners Subdivision, a 94-unit single-family residential subdivision at 7137 Auburn Boulevard in the City of Citrus Heights. The Project site is assigned assessor’s parcel number (APN) 211-0020-025 in Sacramento County. The 11.32-acre vacant parcel is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Auburn Boulevard and Sylvan Road. The Project will require the approval of a General Plan Amendment, rezone to a Special Planning Area, Tentative Subdivision Map, Design Review Permit, and Tree Removal Permit. The Project would include 80 market-rate units and 14 affordable rate units (at a density of 8.35 dwelling units/net acre). Pursuant to Government Code section 54222.5 of the Surplus Lands Act, the Project is required to provide 15 percent of the units at an affordable rate.
