Document Description
The existing MD-73 well has been producing water out of compliance with secondary drinking water standards for Iron and Manganese within the last 12 months. On August 27, 2021, the Madera County Environmental Health Division issued a compliance order for the MD-73 water system to comply with CCR, Title 22, section 64449 for Iron and Manganese by September 2024. The Planning project will analyze the water system to identify feasible alternatives that address existing system deficiencies, and also complete a consolidation evaluation with nearby water systems,
