Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes an emergency repair of irrigation culverts on State Route (SR) 99, in San Joaquin County, at postmile 1.74. The scope of work includes but is not limited to, removing abandoned fiber optic lines, cleaning culverts, and placing sprayed on concrete shotcrete to damaged irrigation culverts. The purpose of this project is to safely open lanes to public traffic, keep fiber optic communication functional, and continue the conveyance of irrigation water in the middle of the summer season.
