California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to install, replace, and upgrade the traffic signal controller cabinet to a model 342XL with foundation and install audible/accessible pedestrian system (APS) push-buttons with count-down traffic signals in Sutter, Yolo, and Placer County. These low-cost improvements
that will aid in public safety are needed to make the signal heads more visible under low-light conditions.
