Title: College of the Desert Facilities Master Plan
Description: Update Facilities Master Plan for 151+/- acre community college campus. There are currently 49 buildings on campus. The project proposes renovation and improvements to 31 buildings, the removal of 18 buildings/structures, and construction of 11 new buildings all within the existing campus boundaries; resulting in a total of 43 buildings on campus with a net increase of approximately 140,000 square feet of building area.
