- The project is limited to one stream encroachment to replace an existing culvert on Unnamed Tributary to Eel River along an unimproved road. The 74-foot long by 30-inch diameter metal culvert will be replaced with a plastic culvert of the same size and length, and put to the grade and alignment of the stream.
