Description: The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, Kaweah Delta Water Conservation District. The applicant proposes the construction of a levee and a water control structure to impound water flowing in Deep Creek for groundwater recharge area, to create a seasonal wetland and benefit an oak woodland restoration area.
