- Caltrans proposes to widen SR 62 to ultimate street standards between Encelia Avenue and Split Rock Avenue while simultaneously developing a concept plan for lane configurations, medians and sidewalks that allows the smooth progression of traffic and creates a "sense of place" via aesthetic enhancements. Once established this concept plan will be constructed in phases as development occurs and funding becomes available.
