- CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0061-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, AKT Silver Springs, LLC. The proposed project includes the development of a residential community and associated infrastructure within a 92-acre property. Approx. 45 acres will be used for the purpose of constructing single-family homes, connections to existing multi-use trails, improvements to Excelsior Road and Calvine Road. Approx. 50 acres will be preserved as open space.
